This is my second consecutive day of bringing my lunch to work. pretty exciting stuff. I am a very passionate sandwich maker, have been trained by the best (Coco Pazzo); and am pretty happy with with what threw together this morning. Flax seed bread, cheddar, cucumber, carrot peelings, and tomato basil turkey; it could have used some lettuce or spinach and some pepper but I am not at my best in the mornings so I forgot.
**Key: cutting your own carrots, I've stopped buying baby carrots they are too sweet, too genetically modified, and are already fermented by the time you get them home from the grocery store.
